Free Drop-In
Classes
Blaise offers three different free group sessions, which focus on different aspects of his teachings. Register by clicking on the event, or the REGISTER HERE button. The full calendar is below the descriptions.
Meditation
Blaise hosts a drop-in meditation group. Each session begins with a guided meditation, and then a 40 minute period of silent sitting. At the end of the silence, Blaise invites sharing about the practice, and the questions and insights that have occured.
Relational Practice
Blaise will lead us in a uniquely interactive relational practice that awakens our awareness of the Global Body. By attuning to one another’s expression, we witness our shared experience and our being opens to collective consciousness. Realizing this Global Body that we all comprise, we experience interdependence while our contracted parts expand into the freedom of mutual well-being.
In each session, there will be a breakout group practice, where you can experience the relational practice which Blaise teaches.
Non-attachment
The essence of non-attachment is a relaxation of focus. The goal or outcome of a progressive path of practicing non-attachment is liberation--the transcendence of consciousness and realization of the nature of reality. The practice of non-attachment can take many forms, all of which I intend to share and explore with you. This includes awareness-based practice, self-inquiry, choicelessness, integration-based practice, active softening, and taking refuge.
Each session, Blaise will introduce a new practice, create space for personal practice, work with individuals through their experience, and support learning through discussion.
