Introduction to The Process

I teach The Process as a way of getting unstuck from the pain that you have accumulated throughout your life. This pain is a combination of thoughts, feelings and sensations which we have learned to hold on to, and which we continue to express in our lives. By learning to relate to our bodies with open awareness, we can let go of the pain we are holding and transform our lives.
